ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jose Olguin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in the Bixby Knolls area.
- Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM or by appointment.
- I am a proud graduate of the University of Florida.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
